Many seniors are living with too much clutter which can be challenging to their mobility and safety.
We remove clutter, assign items to family members, inventory collectibles, clean the space and set up the rooms for daily living.
We deliver all the donations to local community groups. If required we will assist clients with selling some collectibles online using the local marketplace.  

Our team will assist clients with downsizing their belongings so they pack and move only the items they LOVE and NEED in their new home. We will pack, clean and stage your home for the real estate market. We also provide unpacking and set up in your new home. We are more affordable and only move what you need!  

 Daily routines are the key to an organized home. We will remove your clutter that will transform your home. We will create  manageable routines to suit your busy lifestyle.  Your home will be organized, cleaned and ready for day to day living. All your donations will be delivered to local community groups.  We do all the heavy lifting, clients are tasked with decision making.  

 When clients are downsizing to a smaller home or apartment we suggest turning their collectibles and household furniture into CASH! We assist with downsizing,  deliver donations to local community groups,  set up the online auction and arrange pick up day for purchasers. Clients are so excited to view the online auction live!  

 Our team will partner with Executor and Estate Trustee to clear out the family home by allocating furnishings and collectibles to the respective recipients and donations to local community groups. This can be a very sensitive and emotional task for families, we  support our clients every step of the way. 

We assist clients living with excessive clutter or hoarding their possessions. We take a lot of pride in our warm approach to tackling these projects with our clients. One step at a time, this isn't a quick one day project, we pace our visits based on the clients needs.
