If required we will assist clients with selling some collectibles online using the local marketplace.  We customize all services to meet the clients needs. 

We will assist clients with downsizing their belongings so they pack and move only the items they LOVE and NEED in their new home. We will pack, clean and stage your home for the real estate market. We also provide unpacking and setup in your new home. We customize all services to meet the clients needs.

We will create  manageable routines to suit your busy lifestyle.  Your home will be organized, cleaned and ready for day to day living. We will partner with Executor and Estate Trustee to clear out the family home by allocating furnishings and collectibles to the respective recipients and donations to local community groups. We assist clients living with excessive clutter or hoarding their possessions. We take a lot of pride in our warm approach to tackling these projects with our clients. More Seniors are opting to stay in their home versus the expense of moving into retirement living residence. Together, we can keep our loved ones safe in their home. We review the clients home with a checklist designed to bring awareness to Fall Prevention. The short assessment provides a detailed report with suggestions on how to eliminate fall hazards in the home. If there are repairs or modifications required we will provide referrals to manage the updates.
